Judy Chartrand helps people develop their careers and their lives through better critical thinking. As a consulting Chief Scientist with Pearson she works extensively with corporate and

educational clients, helping them develop employee workplace competencies and leadership  

skills.

During her career, she has led the revisions of many well know assessments, such as the MBTI, Strong Interest Inventory, and Watson-Glaser II Critical Thinking Appraisal®.  A recognized thought leader in the areas of critical thinking, assessment and development, she has spoken at over 60 national and international conferences and written over 50 articles and two books, including Now You’re Thinking!
