Finding Assets Generation Y Brings to the Workplace Rather Than Complaining About Their Annoying Ways
Speaker: Kay Kornmeir w/Clarus Consulting Group

Kay brings both a strong theoretical foundation and a wealth of real-world knowledge and skills to her work for Clarus and its clients. Her ability to help build and develop strong organizations is grounded in systems theory, as well as her own background and experience as a consultant and small business owner. Kay examines a project from all angles, composing a comprehensive picture of intersecting objectives, methods and personalities. Through this process, she comes to understand the organization’s culture and unique history, enabling her to tailor an individualized plan for achieving success.
