This is not a matter of eloquence but of readability. So come and learn some tried-and-true formatting, editing, and organizing tricks to make your writing more readable.

Susan Wagner has practiced law for more than thirty years with the firm now known as Baker Donelson. Since 2004, she has served as firmwide Director of Professional Development, with responsibility for training for the firm’s 600-plus attorneys. She teaches legal writing and time management classes within the firm and has served as an adjunct professor teaching Litigation Drafting at her alma mater, the University of Alabama School of Law.
