Maxwell's book, The 5 Levels of Leadership, as a guide and resource material to provide practical leadership tools and information that equips leaders at all levels.

David Bailey is a member of the John Maxwell Team and has been certified by Dr. John C. Maxwell as a leadership coach and trainer. David utilizes the unique laws/principles information developed by Dr. Maxwell along with the resources obtained over his 30 years of experience to enhance the leadership skills of individuals. Additionally, he applies these principles within organizations to increase production and efficiency. David has worked for 30 years in various leadership and management settings.
