Vicki recently joined the Learning & Talent Development Team at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama as a Management and Professional Development Facilitator. Prior to this role she served as the Director of People Development for Torotel, Inc., a Kansas-based

electronics and manufacturing company. She has extensive experience in the healthcare arena working as a Senior Solution Designer for Cerner and as the Birth

Center and Patient Access Manager for Advent Health.
Ashley N. Smith Ashley has extensive knowledge of the healthcare system. For the past 12 years, Ashley has devoted herself to making a difference within her community and organization, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama. As a Management and Professional Development Facilitator, she partners with employees and teams to enhance performance by motivating associates to be their very best. Her responsibilities within the Learning and Talent Development team include individual, team and executive development. She works with employees to enhance performance, achieve strategic goals and deliver measurable business results. Within her community, she raises money for cancer awareness, supplies materials for the Ronald McDonald House and volunteers with several agencies partnering with United Way Hands On.
