Henry C. Mims Biography
Henry is a 2011 graduate of The University of Alabama where he studied Management Information Systems. Upon graduating Henry began work as a Data Analyst. In April 2012 he moved back home to Birmingham, AL. and started his career at Blue cross and Blue shield of Alabama. While at Blue Cross Henry served in the roles of Data Analyst and Business Consultant. As a Business Consultant Henry nurtured his passion for project management and obtained his PMP.
As Henry worked on various enterprise projects, he developed a desire to equip associates to be the best they could be. In 2017 Henry transitioned to the role of Performance Consultant. In this role he is able to facilitate trainings that equip managers and associates with the resources they need to perform their jobs most effectively. His certification in Change Management has equipped him to manage the people side of change
