Change in the workplace is often inevitable, as leaders both formal and informal, YOU have such a great influence within your own organization. When employees feel truly appreciated for what they do and who they are, disruption and resistance to change can be reduced significantly.

Now, with the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic, change seems to be the only constant in the workplace. Changes in the foundations of how we work and where we work are ever evolving and they can take their toll on employees -- which leads to uncertainty, anxiety, resistance, low morale and more.

Laying a foundation of appreciation with your colleagues can go a long way in helping them approach organizational changes with a more open mind.

At the end of our time together, you will be able to:

1.      Understand the Importance of Appreciation

2.      Recognizing the cues when appreciation is needed

3.      Generate a strategy to engage your team

Come prepared to engage and share ideas to help you with practical ways of continuing to be that leader of change and appreciation.  Let's talk about the Five Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace and ways you can elevate your ability to influence your organization!
