The term “agile” has become one of the modern business buzzwords attached to many things. It’s commonly understood to mean a general philosophy that encourages early and frequent delivery to customers, transparency, collaboration, flexibility. And, from agile project management methods, agility in leadership and even the agile learning design framework SAM (successive approximation model), it’s everywhere! So, what does this all mean for learning?
At the December session, Toby Marcus, Van Johnson and Necole Ezell of the enterprise agile coaching team of Protective Life Corporation will share a view of their company’s journey to become a more agile organization. The session will deliver a fun and interactive mock experience in agile, an understanding of how teams in many industries are leveraging agile tools and frameworks and an overview of the implications of this work for learning and talent professionals.
