How do you know if workgroups are embracing the organizational values that are critical to success? What methods are you using to track it? How will your talent development efforts help?
As the nature of business is impacted today by industry demands, changing workforce demographics, looming retirements, talent shortages, and consumer expectations, every workgroup needs to embrace your core values. That is the key to improving customer experience, increasing business outcomes, creating a positive culture, and turning into an employer of choice. The alternative creates frustration, competing agendas, underlying assumptions, inefficiencies, and similar workgroups producing different results.
Talent development must play a leading role.
In this fun, collaborative session, learn to apply Mark’s three step process to track, raise, and sustain the embracement of your critical values. Discover how you can apply this process to your talent development workgroup, an internal or external client workgroup, or throughout your entire organization.
In this engaging session that models the process with your association you will:
- Uncover the real causes of divisions and silos.
- Learn how to track and measure how your values are really carried out.
- Discover the power of a ‘real-life’, interactive case study to discover the underlying barriers.
- Understand how to help workgroups co-create a different future that embraces your values.
- Create an action plan to take back to your organization.
After participating in this presentation, you will rethink how you look at workgroup performance and the importance of your role as a talent development leader.
