In this session, Drs. McDonald and Graham will provide an overview of the basics of Emotional Intelligence (EQ), including information on the four main components of EQ: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, and Relationship Management. They will also share best practices for how to teach EQ in your organization, whether you’re teaching leadership development, team building, personal development, or any other context. With nearly 40 years of combined experience, they bring a well-researched and thoughtful approach to using EQ in your organization.
