No joke, improvisation is about more than being funny. The skills improv actors need to be successful are the same skills business people need to be successful. You need to be able to listen, think on your feet, create and innovate quickly, communicate powerfully, and work well in a team when the pressure is on. These “soft skills” turn out to be pretty important, in business and life.  

The most Improvisation skill is the power of “Yes, and…”  This session, led by the founder of Birmingham’s Positively Funny Improv, David Grissom, will help you explore the power of acceptance through the fundamental of “Yes, and…” and give you a look inside how Improv can change the way your team thinks.
