Drs. Julie McDonald and Lisa Graham of McDonald Graham Psychology at Work will provide an overview of the four skill sets of courageous leadership, as identified in the research of Dr. Brené Brown and described in her bestselling book Dare to Lead. These skills — which are teachable, measurable, and observable — include: Rumbling with Vulnerability, Living into our Values, BRAVING Trust, and Learning to Rise. These skillsets provide leaders with the solid grounding they need to manage uncertainty and change, drive innovation, and lead people through discomfort.
