Icebreakers are good if they get everyone up, moving and interacting together. But they become great when they add impact to the program you are implementing. In this session, Mr. Bingham shares three of his most popular icebreakers and team-building activities and guarantees you’ll walk away with something new for your facilitation toolbox! Perhaps more important, you’ll get to explore how to create your own meaningful icebreakers that won’t just wake people up, but truly leave an impact that learners can take back to the workplace that can change their performance at work and life!

Upon attending this session, learners will be able to:

  • Execute three new icebreakers/team builders that can be facilitated in 10-20 minutes
  • Make more purposeful connections between the icebreakers chosen to the content it supports
  • Share icebreakers with other participants that they’ve found particularly purposeful for specific content

Speaker: Robb Bingham

After earning a master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction, and before spending the last decade as a Learning & Workplace Performance consultant, Robb Bingham spent several years in the professional dinner theatre circuit. Now as a training and communication coach, he talks practically about ways to apply some key communication and theatre arts principles and practices, to improve one’s authenticity, credibility and relevancy when presenting to audiences of 1 to 1000.

Mr. Bingham enjoys helping clients and classrooms full of learners get past their communication challenges to identify specific areas of focus and build a sense of greater credibility and confidence.
