Join us for an overview of how to create effective communications using different driving forces. Backed by decades of research, TTI SI’s 12 Driving Forces® uniquely pinpoints and uses the knowledge of what drives each of us to foster positive communications that eliminate drama, build bridges and get things done. In this session you will learn how to identify the primary driving forces within any individual, take a person’s motivating driving forces and translate it into meaningful conversations.

Ted Gulas, President of the Gulas Group, specializes in the development of "Human Capital" by guiding individuals, teams and organizations to their goals. For the past 16 years he has successfully built his Alabama-based organization from the ground up with offices across the state. Ted has facilitated hundreds of workshops for thousands of individuals across the U.S. His workshops focus on increasing revenues by improving worker productivity. In addition to traditional classroom facilitation, he provides keynote addresses and speeches across the region. Ted has also been a contributing writer for such publications as Huntsville Business Sourcebook, The Birmingham Business Journal and Alabama Technology Today.
