Cocktails and Connections

You’re not really networking unless you’re connecting with people you don’t already know. Most learning and development professionals recognize how important internal and external networks are for gaining ideas and achieving success. However, breaking through and making new connections in a short amount of time can be a challenge for many. In fact, the topic of "Networking" was one of the most requested on our 2016 member survey. And, over half of survey respondents requested an after-hours social event to complement our regular programming. In response to this feedback, ATD Birmingham is hosting an evening of casual professional networking for our July event. Join us to learn easy, practical tips for networking in any setting and get to know your fellow L&D professionals. You’ll also leave with networking ideas to bring into your own internal classes and programs!

This event is open to members and non-members, compliments of ATD Birmingham. In addition to networking knowledge, hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be served. Plus, we’ll have some fantastic door prizes up for grabs! Please register each attendee in advance.
