As the Learning Technology and Innovation Lead for Capital One University, Matthew Daniel is passionate about building engaging learning experiences that improve people and their workplaces. In that role, he's responsible for finding new technologies to support Capital One's 70,000 learners and help his business partners drive adoption and impact performance. Over the past decade, Matthew has spent time implementing learning technology and building learning programs as a facilitator, instructional designer, and project manager for organizations like Nike, Microsoft, Cigna Healthcare, Allstate, GSK, BMS, Homeland Security, the DoD, and many others.
