As facilitators, we often use our “go to” strategies for managing different personality types in our events. From the “difficult to manage” to the “barely there”, we pull from our bags our usual tricks and apply a one-size fits all solution for each personality type. We forget that although some may be extroverted, introverted or somewhere in the middle, they are also individuals. And, individuals need individual attention and strategies.
Join us in January as guest speaker, Sharon Lovoy, SPHR, helps us specifically examine the traits of introverts. She’ll explain how we help them manage circumstances and stressors that might occur. The result is a happy, thriving participant and a successful event.
