The Leadership Development Specialist will be responsible for partnering with internal subject matter experts and the leadership development staff to design, develop, and deliver training for the RxBenefits organization. The specialist will also be responsible the day to day management of learning resources, training materials, and learning management system. He/she will work closely with the leadership development staff to develop materials and tools to ensure the proper onboarding, training, and ongoing development of RxBenefits staff.
