In partnership with the Talent Management team and reporting to the Director of Organization Performance, you will collaborate with HR, employees, and leaders to support organization-wide programs. We work closely with HR and business colleagues to design and develop talent management initiatives to support the development of employees throughout their lifecycle with the American Red Cross. Developing our employees helps them be prepared for the future needs of the business.
